Kenworth Northeast Receives Multiple Awards

At Kenworth Northeast, we have always taken great pride in taking care of our customers and keeping their businesses moving with access to trucks, parts, and service that exceed expectations.

Our teams work hard each day to make this happen at the parts counter, in their service bays, and on the road, and Kenworth Trucks and Paccar Parts have taken notice. In February, they recognized our dealership with two prestigious awards! We were named Parts and Service Dealer of the Year and received a Gold Dealer award.

Parts and Service Dealer of the Year was awarded for our participation and success in the PACCAR Parts & Service Program. This is a significant achievement, made possible by every team member who carried out their commitment to sourcing truck parts, limiting comebacks, attention to detail, and working late night shifts to get trucks back on the road. Whatever it takes – our people have brought their best.

The Gold Dealer award is more comprehensive and accounts for our Truck Sales team’s efforts to bring customers medium and heavy-duty trucks. We were one of six to win this award, putting us in the top six dealerships in the US and Canada.

Areas of achievement we were recognized for include:

• Dealer Excellence in Parts and Service Operations
• Maintaining PremierCare Gold status at all service locations
• Maintaining a high standard of diesel technician training and certification
• Investments in facilities to increase our parts and service capabilities
• Expanded access to heavy-duty parts inventory

These are significant accomplishments for Kenworth Northeast and an extension of our commitment to each one of our customers. We look forward to continuing to raise the bar and bring our best in 2024.
