A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Over the past few weeks, it’s become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge.  Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our top priority is the health of our customers, suppliers, employees and their families.

On behalf of Kenworth Northeast, I wanted to send a personal note to let you know what measures we are taking.

From the beginning, we have been following the advice provided by the CDC and other local and federal sources, including regular hand washing and sanitizing services. We have also instituted a no handshake policy.

We ask that all visitors to our facilities assist us with these measurers by respecting our no handshake policy and following our guidelines to visit our facilities, including the completion of a health and travel declaration.

In addition, we are taking steps to help protect our employees and their families. This means fewer meetings, limiting travel, and making it easier for our people to take the time they need to care for themselves or their families in the event they are directly affected by this virus.

This is a very fluid situation and we are continuing to stay abreast of the most recent information and assess risks and making any necessary changes to the way we operate our business.  We are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety.

Please keep in mind that while we will make every effort to operate our business as usual during this time, disruption to our operations may become unavoidable as this situation continues to develop.
